This Nike Dunk High uses a few materials for its construction

Take, for example, this Nike Dunk High which recently became available. Featuring a Midnight Navy base constructed from leather and suede with a Grey midsole, the sneakers keep it subtle and simple in terms of colors, using no more than a White Swoosh to throw a little pop into the mix. A good look for when the months become cold and the colors are dull.With the Fall collection’s upon us we’re starting to see a lot more sneakers being released which tone it down in the color department.

Check out this latest Nike SB Dunk High as it comes in a Midnight Navy/White colorway. This Nike Dunk High uses a few materials for its construction. Midnight navy leather covers the mid-panel and toe box, while navy suede is put into use on the toe, lace panels and the heel panel. Dark grey accents appear on the shoe laces, tongue tag branding and the entire midsole. Clean white is added to the Nike swoosh, tongue tag and the inner lining.We have seen a lot of clean colorways for the Nike Dunk this year. Most of the upper is constructed of suede and leather, with those same materials appearing throughout the rest of the sneaker. Most of the colorways we have seen this year have been real classy. By classy, I mean simple and strait forward. Well if you didn’t get enough of those classy colorways, Nike has yet another clean colorway for you.

Alongside the Women's Nike Blazer Mid Pantone Mix, these SB Dunks comprise the Nike SB Dunk Street Fighter Pack, but it sure would be nice to see more of our favorite fighters take shape of a sneaker.Earlier this month we gave you a look at the Chun Li dunks, and most of you were eager to see how the rest of the Street Fighter pack would turn out. The Nike Dunk Ryu uses a colorway similar to his ‘ki’, featuring frayed edges, a swoosh and bottom sole in red (to match his headband), and a black rear panel that matches his belt. We now have some detailed shots of a SB Dunk Mid paying tribute to Ryu, arguably the most popular character from the Street Fighter series.

So seeing it draped in Midnight Navy and White is just fine by us. Nubuck and leather make this sneaker a pretty good look by engulfing the better part of the sneaker including the outsole.  The Nike Dunk is a classic design that we have seen redone time after time and we never tire of looking at it. A hexagonal underlay is found on the ankle of the sneaker  and the grey laces and midsole make for a great segue to the white swoosh’s grand entrance in the grand scheme of things.
